Job Overview:-


We are seeking an experienced BDM for our Building Material division in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the building materials industry, with proven expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership. This role involves driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the designated territory.



Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide in-depth product information and demonstrate product applications to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities.
