We are looking for a female Sales MIS Executive to join our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. This role involves handling and managing the management information system (MIS) for our company. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management review.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and processes to optimize efficiency and improve data quality.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommending actionable solutions.
• Assist in the development and improvement of MIS tools and systems.
• Provide support and training to users of MIS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with HR data analysis and reporting is a plus.
