We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Manager - IT to join at our client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As the Assistant Manager - IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all IT-related activities within the company
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
