Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial activities of our hospital. This is a full-time position based in Bhiwani, Haryana with a competitive salary range. As the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, overseeing the budgeting process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the hospital
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage cash flow and supervise accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of hospital accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems and insurance processes
