Job Description: 

• Should Know Immigration Process & Procedures of filing H1, L1 LCA process etc.,  
• Compliance - State tax , business licence , yearly / quarterly / monthly filings , statement of information etc.,
• Insurance - Company insurance for liability , Errors omissions etc ; Employees insurance - in US - Health Insurance , Dental Insurance etc.,
• Certification - Various Certification: Small Business Certification, & Renewals
• Payrolls - Experience in ADP, SurePayroll etc.,
• Should have experience in preparing Agreements - MSA , vendor agreements , legal agreements etc.,
• Onboarding Process, offers, F&F, TimeSheet follow-ups and other related HR activities.   
• Tracking contact, clients and marketing through Hubspot
• Handly HR activities for US Process and should have experience in handling clients.
• Can be a Project Manager and Business Analyst with MBA or smart candidate with good english communication and writing skills
• Work on critical aspects of deliverables with hands in approach including communication
• Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
• Complex Data Analysis based on time to time and perform meaningful analysis of data to arrive at key metrics.
• Create, update and maintain a repository of documentations to standardize process and policies
• Working with Domain Heads, Division heads and Project Managers Onshore and Offshore in fulfilling the open positions.
• Experienced in market research and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Produce wireframes and flow diagrams to describe user / system interactions.
• Consult with subject matter experts and technical resources to understand feasibility of requests and solutions.
• Unblock development team by obtaining clarification
