We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Travel Sales/Calling representative. The role involves contacting potential clients to promote our travel services and generate sales. This is a full-time position with a focus on customer service and sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Customer-oriented and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and packages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through calls to promote our travel services
• Explain the travel packages, offers, and benefits to potential customers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about travel destinations
• Assist customers in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Upsell additional services and products to maximize sales
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize sales and customer experience
