Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2C segment. Identify market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and adapt sales approaches accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to maximize sales revenue.

Customer Acquisition: Proactively prospect and engage with potential B2C customers to expand the customer base. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify and acquire new customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to facilitate the sales process and drive conversions.

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn rates in the B2C segment. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Develop personalized retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs and special promotions, to foster long-term customer relationships.

Sales Pipeline Management: Optimize the e-commerce conversion rate by analyzing website performance metrics, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing conversion optimization strategies. Nurture leads through the sales pipeline by maintaining regular communication, providing relevant information, and addressing objections effectively. Streamline the sales process to minimize time-to-conversion and accelerate revenue generation.

Product and Service Innovation: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to identify market needs and opportunities for new products or services. Participate in product ideation, market research, and feasibility analysis to drive innovation and differentiate offerings in the market. Support product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness, generate interest, and stimulate demand among B2C customers.
