We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a part-time Entrepreneurship Course Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entrepreneurship, practical industry experience, and a desire to inspire and educate college students. This position involves teaching an entrepreneurship course in an offline mode, providing valuable insights, and guiding students through the various aspects of starting and managing a successful business.

Responsibilities:

Course Instruction:

• Conduct engaging and interactive offline classes for college students enrolled in the entrepreneurship course.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover key aspects of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, market analysis, financial management, and strategy.

Practical Insights:

• Share real-world entrepreneurial experiences and case studies to provide practical insights into the challenges and opportunities in the business world.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Mentorship:

• Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their business ideas and navigate the entrepreneurial landscape.
• Support students in creating viable business plans and strategies for their ventures.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students enhance their understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and improve their skills.

Industry Networking:

• Facilitate networking opportunities for students by organizing guest lectures, industry visits, and interactions with successful entrepreneurs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring relevant insights into the classroom.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Master's degree in business management, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
• MBA, PGDBM, PGBM
• Previous teaching experience is a plus.
