Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Technology Segment (Drone Training)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (in office)
Salary - 20-25k per month + 10% on each Sales

OLL is a leading education company specializing in innovative and practical learning solutions. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of our drone courses in schools.
Responsibilities:
1.Identify and Target Schools:
Research and identify potential schools interested in integrating drone courses into their curriculum.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the education sector and its needs.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
2.Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our drone
3.Customise Solutions:
Work closely with the schools to understand their specific requirements.
Customize course offerings and packages to meet the unique needs of each school.
4.Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire B2B sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Provide timely and accurate information to prospective clients.
5.Collaborate with Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for schools.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of drones and their applications in education.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of the local education landscape.
Salary - 25k/month +10% on each Sales
