We’re looking for 3 dynamic and motivated Sales Managers / Assistant Sales Managers to join our team and help us expand our corporate partnerships. If you’re passionate about building relationships and driving sales in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, bookers, and decision-makers to secure corporate contracts and sell room blocks.
• Focus on B2B sales to negotiate and sign corporate agreements for room bookings and special rates.
• Develop and maintain a robust database of potential and existing accounts for targeted sales efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to customer needs and drive business growth.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Generate regular reports to track sales progress and performance.
• Improve efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing sales systems.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in B2B sales (hospitality or corporate sales experience a plus).
• Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is a must.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating lasting partnerships.
