Job Title: Marketing/Social Media Executive

Oizom is a leading solution provider in the Environmental Monitoring Domain. Oizom solutions are used in Smart cities, Industries, Landfills, and Airports where critical decisions are made based on Environmental-Data.The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, developing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our social media strategies align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness & engagement
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored content.
• Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of social media activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain a strong online brand presence and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
