About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and nurturing leads generated through various lead-generation platforms. This role requires a strong ability to qualify leads, initiate contact, and track progress aggressively to drive sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Qualification: Thoroughly analyze and qualify leads generated through various lead generation platforms, identifying potential customers and assessing their fit for our products or services.

● Outreach: Proactively reach out to qualified leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and other communication channels to introduce our company and products.

● Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

● Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are followed up on in a timely manner and that opportunities are pursued aggressively.

● Data Reporting: Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM system and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.

● Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience in lead generation or a related field

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong organisational and time management abilities

● Preferred proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Leadfeeder etc.) ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● A positive and results-oriented attitude


Preferred Skills:

● Experience with Leadfeeder or similar lead-generation tools
