Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions, including processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee management within our growing company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with employee screening techniques and ability to assess candidate fit (Mandatory skill).
  • Good understanding of HR policies and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Skills in performance management to foster employee development and productivity.
  • Capability to plan and execute training and development programs for staff enhancement.
  • Knowledge of compliance with labor laws and company regulations to ensure legal adherence.
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling compensation, benefits, and resolving conflicts.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new employees and promote organizational culture.
  • Perform background checks and verify candidate credentials during the screening process.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and achievement.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to help staff upskill and develop professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and keep up-to-date with labor legislation.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
