Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our India based Sales Team.


What will you do as a Sales Manager?

  • Sales Rep are responsible for making outbound B2B sales calls.
  • Conducting multiple online demos daily
  • Build strong relationships with prospects
  • Managing leads & follow ups
  • Identify needs and provide solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding planned sales goals
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams on lead generation. Identifying market gaps and taking appropriate action on the same.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Keeping up to date with Industry Trends
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches, if required
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.


What will prepare you for success as a Sales Manager?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in selling BPO services and IT Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Ideal candidates will have had previous B2B sales experience
  • Qualified candidates must have a successful sales track record and be comfortable with cold-calling
  • Candidates will ideally have had exposure to the outsourcing industry
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, professional image, upbeat personality and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Have experience managing and exceeding personal sales quotas
  • Selling experience of software related services like Custom Software Development, Web Applications Development, Mobile Applications Development, Technology, Software Testing Services, Infrastructure Management Services, Software Development for various Industries, Open Source Development, Database services, SEO, Digital Marketing Services & IT Staffing Service.
  • Should have worked with various Industries: Enterprise, Banking, Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Venture Funded & Startups.
  • Consistently achieved strong record of developing new business and strengthening customer relationships with advance knowledge of Mobile Application and Web Development, Ecommerce Solutions and other Custom Software Solutions
