As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective functioning of our organization by managing various HR activities. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a talented workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
- Conduct exit interviews and facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
