We are seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee and manage the operations of our warehouse facility. As the Warehouse Incharge, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and organized handling of goods, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
• Must be Graduate
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory management, and logistics
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and implementing proper documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and streamline operations
• Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and productivity
• Collaborate closely with the procurement team to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency
