Job Brief
- The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring the organization's bids are competitive, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
- This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Tender search in Eprocurement and other sites.
- Tender Document Analysis and Prepare Documents for Bidding
- Daily Tracking of new Tender & Evaluation.
- Record maintain activities of Tender.
- BoQ study and Rate compare for estimate etc
- Followup with Tender Authority.
