We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to join our team. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, promoting our services, and assisting with their queries. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Qualification +2 or ITI or Diploma
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of BPO industry and call center operations
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
• Strong convincing skills and ability to promote services
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Promote our services and explain the benefits to potential clients
• Assist clients with their queries and provide relevant information
• Maintain a database of potential clients
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and goals
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
