We are hiring Store Executive position in Bhubaneswar. This is a Full-Time role. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Store keeping, Store operation, Inventory Management, Materials Management, and Real Estate Construction. The primary responsibility of the Store Executive is to oversee the store operations and ensure efficient management of inventory. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role in a Real estate or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and materials management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall store operations, including inventory management and material receipt.
• Ensure that the store is properly organized, clean, and well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity as per the Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
• Manage the stock rotation and conduct regular physical stock checks.
• Monitor and report on stock levels, damages, and discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and other key metrics for management review.
• Assist in the implementation of store policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and technologies related to store operations.
