We are hiring a Senior Real Estate Site Operation professional with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in the real estate sector. The position is full-time and located in Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Jatani, and Puri. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Real Estate Law, Land Use Regulations, Litigation, Land Surveying, contract negotiation, land demarcation, and plot measurements.

Qualification- Any Graduate

Experience- 7yrs +

Salary- 50,000/- 60,000/-pm

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Real Estate Law and Land Use Regulations.
• Proven experience in handling land litigation and disputes.
• Expertise in land surveying and accurate plot measurement.
• Proficiency in land demarcation and understanding of topographical features.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and drafting of land agreements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate site operations in designated locations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough land surveys and accurate plot measurements to facilitate development projects.
• Handle contract negotiations and draft land agreements that meet legal standards.
• Lead and resolve land litigation and disputes to protect clients' interests.
• Coordinate with government authorities for necessary land permits and clearances.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project feasibility.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
