We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team. As a Public Relations Officer , you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the reputation of our company, handling all communication and public relations activities, and promoting our brand effectively. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience. The job is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a PR Executive or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Proficient in using social media platforms
• Female Candidates age around 40yrs are preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective PR strategies to promote the company and enhance brand awareness
• Managing all communication activities, including press releases, media relations, and social media presence
• Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders
• Monitoring media coverage and analyzing public opinion
• Handling crisis management and addressing any negative publicity
• Organizing and coordinating PR events, such as press conferences and product launches
• Preparing and distributing press kits, newsletters, and other PR materials
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Measuring and reporting the success of PR campaigns and activities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR
