We are hiring an Office Peon to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy. As an Office Peon, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Two-wheeler is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office spaces.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the respective staff members.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages.
• Assist in organizing meetings and events by setting up conference rooms, arranging refreshments, and taking meeting minutes.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Support other staff members in their day-to-day tasks as required.
