We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to join our team. As the Manager Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities within the company. This includes managing the financial operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team. This is a full-time position with executive-level responsibilities, and the candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Sound knowledge of business unit accounts, financial reporting, costing, and management accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel
  • Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to management
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and GST regulations
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial and accounting activities within the company
  • Manage the financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the management team
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Manage the company's taxation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
  • Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends
