We are hiring Fresher HR/ Human Resources Executive/ HR Manager. As an HR, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks such as recruitment, payroll processing, interviewing, labor and employment law compliance, HR generalist activities, HR policy implementation, HR management, and statutory compliances. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Graduate having experience in HR or BBA & MBA
• Fresher Candidates can apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies
• Familiarity with payroll processing software
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Good understanding of labor and employment laws
• Previous experience in HR generalist activities is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for candidate selection
• Ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations
• Handling HR generalist activities, such as onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
• Implementing HR policies and procedures
• Assisting in HR management tasks, including employee relations and conflict resolution
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliances and ensuring adherence
