Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits programs
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Creating and implementing effective onboarding and training programs for new employees
- Managing employee performance and providing guidance on career development
- Overseeing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations
- Ensuring legal compliance and staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations
- Administering compensation and benefits programs
- Managing employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work culture
- Monitoring and reporting HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
