As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The position is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in MS Office suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
• Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Prepare regular reports on client interactions and progress
• Attend client meetings and presentations as required
