We are hiring Café Staff. A Café Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafeteria area. This includes serving food and beverages, keeping the area clean and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality industry or a similar role and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Café Staff or in a similar role
• 10th/12th+/Diploma pass outs, preferably with experience in hospitality industry/café.
• Should be organised, customer friendly, ready to learn and adapt, basic communication skills
• passionate to work with team members is added advantage.
• Fresher's with no work experience will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, preparing of_ cocktail and mocktail _is mandatory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria area
• Ensure all items are properly stocked and replenished
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Assist in maintaining inventory and placing orders as needed
• Collaborate with other cafeteria staff to ensure smooth operations
