We are hiring a Back Office Executive. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in back office operations
• Strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Excel
• Minimum qualification of 12th grade

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
• Handling data entry tasks, such as inputting information into databases and maintaining accurate records
• Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and making travel arrangements
• Managing and updating company databases and systems
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all company and client information
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
