We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The successful candidate should have a junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or any Graduate
• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor sales team performance and provide sales training and coaching as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and clients
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and track sales performance against targets
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
• Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints and issues
