We are hiring a Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and procurement of goods, materials, and services needed by the organization
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Monitor and analyse market trends and industry developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes
• Participate in vendor evaluation and performance assessments
