Job Description:-

 Maintaining healthy relationship with clients

 Managing issues or queries raised on the services used by clients.

 Attend regular meetings online and visit to their office frequently

 Able to cross sell or expand our services at other locations of the client.

 Requirement gathering on enhancements or new requirements raised by clients

 Writing BRD (Business Requirement Document) on the new requirements

 Providing demonstration of ODeX services to the clients.

 Questioning changes required by them to understand logic of new changes  Keeping self-updated on the services provided by ODeX along with the industry norms and processes.

 Testing of new requirements before deployment / conducting user acceptance test.

 Managing grievances and internal coordination with ODeX teams. 

Education Requirements:-

 Graduate

 Should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem solving skills.  Female preferred
