Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Ridhira Living - Building World's Largest Chain Of Wellness Themed Resort Living Communities. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in spa therapy
• Certification in spa therapy or related field
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and Swedish massage
• Experience in providing menicure and pedicure services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for wellness and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive and professional attitude

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments, including massage therapies, body scrubs, facials, and body wraps, to guests
• Consult with guests to identify their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable spa experience
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining inventory of supplies
• Promote and sell spa products and services to guests, providing recommendations and advice based on their individual needs
• Educate guests on the benefits of spa treatments and provide guidance on post-treatment care and wellness routines
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain client confidentiality
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge through training and professional development
