Area Collection Manager 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Manager to oversee and manage the collection activities for personal loans within the designated area. 

Qualification : Any degree 

Experience : 7-10 Years 

Location : Pune, Maharashtra 

Salary : 6-8 LPA

Male Candidates Only.

Police verification is required

Roles and Responsibilities :

1.Responsible for achieving the collections target for the assigned area while ensuring that SOPs and legal norms are followed as per process and organizational policies.

2.Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various

parameters like resolutions, Norm and roll backs.

3.Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize the same.

4. Increase the fee income by effectively collecting on the penal and bouncing charges

5. Track and control the delinquency of the area (Bucket DPD wise) and focus on non-starters

6. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT

7. Monitor defaulting customers by ensuring regular follow with critical/complex customers to identify reasons for defaulting

8. Obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolio and share the same with supervisor.

1. Good interpersonal and Communication Skills.

2. Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships. 

3. Handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism. 

4. Develop and implement effective collection strategies based on analysis and insights.
