Job Overview

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of our spa outlets in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This includes overseeing the daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the staff, and maximizing sales and profitability. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as any retail Outlet Manager or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to train and motivate a team
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness industry trends
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
