Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Principal Officer. We are looking for candidates who have good understanding of financial terminologies. Candidates must be familiar with Indian and overseas markets.

Responsibilities:

1.    Leading the Investment Activities at the PMS.

2.    Managing financial products and investment strategies with a focus on Indian and global stock markets.

3.    Managing relationships with the key stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

4.    Monitoring Investment performance and conducting thorough research and analysis on listed/unlisted stocks.

5.    Contributing to strategic planning and initiatives aimed at expanding the organization’s presence in overall stock market.

6.    Preparing research reports on the stocks, or any other opportunity in the market.

7.    Doing Future and Options trades on daily basis by applying simple options strategies, based on the portfolio of stocks created.

8.    Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the business's operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.

9.    Organizing and analyzing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings to the leadership team.

Requirements:

·      Shall possess a professional qualification or postgraduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum 2 years in duration) in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science from a university or an institution recognised by the Central Government or any State Government or a recognised foreign university or institution or association.

·      Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of third-party fund management in a SEBI regulated entity.
