Responsibilities:
Develops digital marketing strategies by studying economic indicators,
tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their
current and future needs, and monitoring competition.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long- range issues that must be addressed.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Develops digital marketing team by providing information, educational
opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
Managed on-page SEO by updating website content, optimizing images, and ensuring meta tags were relevant and effective.
Collaborated closely with the SEO team to align strategies, share insights, and drive cohesive digital marketing initiatives
Key Skills
Proven work experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing
databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising
digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
WebTrends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement
Tools Knowlge Required:
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manage, Microsoft Clarity, Excel, Google Ads
