Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer specializing in Electrical systems for our Bangalore Urban location. This full-time role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging BIM technology to support the creation and management of digital project models.

Roles And Responsibilities:

•  Ability to develop 3D BIM models of electrical systems and components using Revit on all different LOD levels.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed documentation for electrical systems, including drawings and schedules.
•  Preparing Electrical Equipment, containment, Lighting, and power layouts.
• Preparing Electrical Revit families
•  Extracting CAD drawings from Revit
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as architecture, structural, mechanical, and plumbing to ensure that the electrical systems are integrated properly into the overall building design.
• Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager / Coordinator.
•  Creating and Managing Clash Analysis for the Projects
•  Conducting QA/QC on every stage of Model submission.
• Good communication skills and coordination with the team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
•  7 to 10 years of experience BIM Modelling and Coordination
• Should have basic knowledge of Architecture & Structure modelling
• Should be good in Model Coordination and BIM process
• BIM Tool- Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Collaboration
