Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer Commissioning to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position designed for professionals with a strong background in mechanical engineering and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of experience, focusing on testing and commissioning within critical sectors such as MEP, HVAC, chillers, and data centers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering with 7 to 10 years of relevant work in a senior or similar capacity, demonstrating expertise in commissioning processes and activities.
• Deep understanding and proficiency in the commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring seamless integration with client objectives.
• Solid knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems, with the ability to design, analyze, and optimize performance for diverse projects.
• Experience with chillers and operational applications in engineering projects, ensuring alignment with industry and project standards.
• Demonstrated competence in installing and commissioning data centers, securing critical infrastructure and minimizing interruption risks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical engineering issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to oversee and manage teams during commissioning phases, ensuring tasks are executed according to project timelines and specifications.
• Strong communication skills for coherent client interaction, project documentation, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning projects, ensuring that all mechanical systems are tested, calibrated, and operational to specification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and assess complex engineering projects, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
• Develop comprehensive commissioning reports and documentation, offering insights into the project's progression and status.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering principles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a productive and knowledgeable engineering team.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies during the commissioning process, ensuring project delivery remains on schedule and within budget.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to assess requirements, propose solutions, and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
• Continuously seek innovative approaches to improve commissioning processes and enhance operational performance.
