NV5 Mission Critical is a division of NASDAQ-listed engineering consultancy NV5. Our Mission Critical division is a dynamic and growing unit that specializes in the field of design, due diligence reviews and enhanced testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems and Mission Critical Applications such as data centers and banking. We have offices in across the region including Hong Kong, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Singapore, Jakarta, Manila and Kuala Lumpur. Recently we joined NV5 group.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to develop 3D BIM models of electrical systems and components using Revit on all different LOD levels.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed documentation for electrical systems, including drawings and schedules.
• Preparing Electrical Equipment, containment, Lighting, and power layouts.
• Preparing Electrical Revit families
• Extracting CAD drawings from Revit
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as architecture, structural, mechanical, and plumbing to ensure that the electrical systems are integrated properly into the overall building design.
• Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager / Coordinator.
• Creating and Managing Clash Analysis for the Projects
• Conducting QA/QC on every stage of Model submission.
• Good communication skills and coordination with the team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
•  6 to 10 years of experience BIM Modelling and Coordination
• Should have basic knowledge of Architecture & Structure modelling
• Should be good in Model Coordination and BIM process
• BIM Tool- Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Collaboration
