Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT System Administrator to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position where the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Relevant work experience in a similar role is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an IT system administrator (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of network administration, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations
• Expertise in server management and maintenance, focusing on both physical and virtual environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues efficiently
• Proficiency in security management, including implementing security policies and monitoring for vulnerabilities
• Experience in hardware maintenance, ensuring all IT equipment is functional and up-to-date
• Competence in managing Office 365 applications and services to enhance business productivity
• Knowledge of SharePoint management and how to use it effectively within an organizational context

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of all IT systems
• Implement and manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
• Perform regular system updates and backups to safeguard company data
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and issues for future reference
