Mid-Level: BIM Engineer- Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop 3D BIM models of HVAC systems and components using Revit on all different LOD levels.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed documentation for HVAC, including drawings and schedules.
• Preparing Mechanical Equipment, Ducting and power layouts.
• Preparing Mechanical Revit families
• Extracting CAD drawings from Revit
• Creating and Managing Clash Analysis for the Projects
• Conducting QA/QC on every stage of Model submission.

Education And Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 8 years of experience BIM Modelling and Coordination
• Should be good in Model Coordination and BIM process.
• BIM Tool- Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Collaboration
