Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level BIM Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling software to create and manage digital models of construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of multidisciplinary 3d model using Revit for Various LODs.
•  Assist project teams in BIM project setup and resolve BIM design issues.
• Create a new model setup.
• Create and publish the Federated Model.
• Create a walkthrough presentation in Navisworks.
• Monitor the model and document quality and integrity.
• Prepare relevant design development.
• Extract CAD drawings from Revit.
• Extract BOQ from the Revit model.
• Coordinate with the BIM Coordinator / Manager to create RFIs, Progress reports, etc.
• Prepare Images and 3D rendering.
• Generate service clash detection report using Revit/Navisworks.
• Conduct QA/QC at every stage of Model submission.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 6 years of experience BIM Modelling and Coordination
• Should have basic knowledge of Architecture & Structure modelling.
• Should be good in Model Coordination and BIM process.
• BIM Tool- Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Collaboration
• Good to have Dynamo (BIM automation tool)
• Looking for candidates only from Electrical design domain.
