Roles and Responsibilities of Account's assistant
1) Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
2) Preparing statutory accounts.
3) Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
4) Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
5) Recording and filing cash transactions.
6) Controlling credit and chasing debt.
7) Invoice processing and filing.
8) Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
9) Bank reconciliation.
10) Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Skills required -
1) Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
2) Analytical thinker and problem solver.
3) Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
4) High level of accuracy.
5) Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others.
6) Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Educational Qualification - B.com or CA appeared
Experience - 3-5 years od experience in relevant field.
