Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at NR Greenwood Constructions Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the sales of our beautiful, modern, and sustainable living spaces. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, offering a competitive salary package.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and online platforms.
2)Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties that align with the company's portfolio.
3)Present and showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
4)Understand the needs and preferences of clients, providing personalized guidance and advice to match their requirements.
5Handle inquiries from potential buyers and provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and available amenities.
6)Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.
7)Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
8) Maintain a strong database of leads, prospects, and existing clients, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing relationships.
9) Attend industry events, exhibitions, and property expos to represent the company and promote our projects.
10)Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales objectives.
11)Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide informed insights to clients.
12) Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
1- 3 years of experience in real estate sales or sales related field.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
Familiarity with real estate market trends and property pricing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
