About the Company:

NPPD CARE is a startup with a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry through the use of technology. We are building a platform that will connect healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies in one easy-to-use interface.

About the Role:

As a co-founder of NPPD CARE, you will work closely with the other co-founders to build and grow the company. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Developing and executing the company's strategic plan and vision
• Building and managing the company's team
• Raising funding and managing investor relations
• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
• Building and managing partnerships with healthcare providers and insurance companies
• Building and managing the technology platform
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and security protocols
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field (healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with fundraising and managing investor relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Experience building and managing partnerships and/or B2B sales
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape is a plus

Compensation:

This position is an equity-only opportunity for the initial days. As the company grows, compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
