Job Overview

We are looking for a Tally Operator to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As a Tally Operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records using Tally ERP software. The role requires a Junior level of experience, with 1 to 3 years in a similar position. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar position
• Proficient in using Tally ERP software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
• Familiarity with financial accounting principles
• Good understanding of goods and services tax (GST) regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and update financial records using Tally ERP software
• Prepare and maintain cash flow statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with goods and services tax (GST) regulations
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
• Provide support in various financial activities and projects
