Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting tasks. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 2 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in accounting or financial role
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in handling accounts payable and receivable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are accurate and payments are made on time
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
