Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our remote team. The Recruiter will play a critical role in the development and growth of our team by attracting and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong interview skills and have a proven track record in utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques to find the best candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong interviewing skills to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively and choose the best fit for the company (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and streamline operations efficiently.
- Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source and connect with potential candidates across various platforms.
- Ability to use Boolean Search Techniques to enhance candidate search capabilities and identify the right talents efficiently.
- Familiarity with various Talent Sourcing Tools to discover and attract the best candidates from diverse pools.
- Expertise in Candidate Relationship Management to maintain positive and ongoing relationships with potential hires.
- Understanding of Diversity and Inclusion Strategies to ensure a varied and balanced workplace environment.
- Competence in Data-Driven Recruiting to use analytics for informed decision-making in the hiring processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and evaluate applications and resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Implement best practices for recruitment while enhancing workplace diversity and inclusive hiring processes.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to assess hiring progress and make data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies.
