Position: Inside Sales / Senior Inside Sales  

Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Sales experience is mandatory)  

Education: Graduation and above  

Location: Pune  

Salary: 28000 to 35000 Monthly Fixed + Incentive (as per interview )

Working Days : 6 days working (Monday fixed off)


Roles and Responsibilities 


1. Engage with Prospective Students: Conduct video calls to introduce company products and services effectively.  

2. Product Presentation: Showcase product features and benefits with persuasive communication to drive conversions.  

3. Sales Achievement: Close sales and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.  

4. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve video sales strategies.  

5. Skill Development: Continuously enhance sales techniques for personal growth and improved efficiency.  

6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.  

7. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.  

8. Professional Representation: Maintain a polished and professional appearance during video interactions, particularly for Senior Associates.
