Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 2 years of Experience as a trainer ( Sales or Collection )in BPO Industry
• Train new Batches on product and Process
• Good communication skills
• Should be Proficient in Telugu/ Kannada
• Basic MIS Skills ( MS Office )
• candidate with inbound & insurance Experience shall be preferred
• Develop And manage Tracking and reporting on training Progress
• conduct Refresher Training for on-Floor Associates
• Compiling Training Data and MIS
• Coordination with Operations/Quality
• Ability to work Independently
